How can we help?
Answers to the things people ask most. Can't find what you need? Get in touch — a real person reads every message.
Getting started
What is Dramah?
Dramah is your Indian OTT companion. It shows you what's new each week across Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5 and more, lets you track everything you watch in a diary, and tells you what friends whose taste you trust are loving — so you spend less time deciding and more time watching.
Is it free?
Yes. Dramah is in open beta and completely free to use. There's no catch — early users directly shape what it becomes.
How do I sign up?
Enter your email and we'll send you a one-time code. Type it in and you're in — no password to remember. You can also sign in with Google.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Dramah runs in your browser and works great on your phone. You can add it to your home screen from your browser's share menu for an app-like experience.
Streaming & availability
Which streaming services does Dramah cover?
We track availability across the major Indian OTT platforms — Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, and others — across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Korean and more.
The streaming info for a title looks wrong. What do I do?
Streaming rights change often and our data can briefly lag behind a platform, especially for brand-new releases. If something looks off, tell us via the contact form and we'll fix it — flagging the exact title helps a lot.
Can I get alerted when something starts streaming?
Yes. Add any title to your diary as "Want to Watch". When it lands on an Indian OTT platform, Dramah emails you. No more checking back manually every few weeks.
Why is a brand-new release missing streaming info?
For very recent releases, platform data sometimes isn't published yet. We fall back to the production network where we can, and the listing updates automatically once the streaming details go live.
Your diary & reactions
How do reactions work?
Instead of star ratings, you react with Loved, Liked, Fine, or Skip. It's faster and more honest — and it's what powers your Taste Card and the taste-match scores with friends.
Can I track a series episode by episode?
Yes. For TV, you can mark your progress as you go and react season by season, so your diary reflects where you actually are.
Can I add a note to something I watched?
Yes — add a one-line note to any diary entry. It's a nice way to remember what you thought, and notes can appear to people who follow you.
Lists & Taste Card
What is a Taste Card?
A shareable card that captures your film and TV identity — top genres, favourite titles, your reaction breakdown, and whether you lean towards movies or series. It builds itself as you log titles. Share it on WhatsApp to show people you've got taste.
How do I create a list?
Make a list for any mood — "Watch with parents", "Best Tamil films", "Date night picks". Add titles, drag to rank them, and share it with a public link.
Who can see my lists and Taste Card?
Anything you share publicly is visible to anyone with the link. You control your privacy settings in your account at any time.
Friends & following
How does following people work?
Follow people whose taste you trust and your feed fills with what they're watching and how they reacted — real opinions from real people, not algorithmic guesses from a platform trying to sell you a subscription.
What is a taste-match score?
It's a measure of how closely your viewing DNA matches someone else's, based on what you've both reacted to. The higher the score, the more their recommendations are likely to land for you.
Account & privacy
How do I change my email or username?
Head to Settings → Account and Settings → Profile. You can update your profile details and manage your sign-in there.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. It can't be undone.
Do you sell my data or run ads?
No. We don't sell your personal data and we don't use advertising trackers. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I export my data?
Yes — get in touch via the contact form and we'll help you export your watchlist data.
Troubleshooting
I didn't get my sign-in code.
Give it a minute and check your spam folder. Make sure the email address is typed correctly, then request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Something looks broken.
Try refreshing first. If it persists, send us a message with what you were doing and what went wrong — a screenshot helps us fix it faster.
Still stuck?
