1. Using Dramah

• Dramah is a personal watchlist and film discovery app. You may use it to track the films and TV series you watch, create lists, and discover new titles.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Dramah.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Automated access (bots, scrapers) is not permitted without written permission.

2. Your content

• Content you create — watchlist entries, reactions, notes, and lists — remains yours.
• By posting content, you grant Dramah a licence to store, display, and serve that content to you and, where you choose to share it (e.g. a public Taste Card or list), to other users.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

3. Public profiles and sharing

• Your Taste Card and any lists you share publicly are visible to anyone with the link.
• You can control your privacy settings in your account at any time.

4. Intellectual property

• Film and TV metadata, posters, and descriptions are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database) under their terms of use.
• The Dramah name, logo, and product design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without permission.

5. Service availability

• Dramah is provided "as is" during beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes.

6. Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Dramah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for beta users is zero).

7. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
